This role is based out of Plainsboro, NJ with a hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in the Plainsboro offic e.

The Position

This role will proactively recommend and execute the development and in some cases delivery of learning solutions in support of prioritized capabilities. This individual will performance consult with client groups to identify business gaps and recommended remediation within. Will be responsible for curriculum management, as well as administration of KPIs. Learning solution development should be innovative, while meeting the needs of the modern professional and learner.

Relationships

Reports to the Associate Director, Capabilities Employee Experience while closely collaborating with key Employee Experience, People & Organization (P&O), Home Office, Global P&O, and Field personnel. Partners closely with low/mid-level management within business units. Interacts with Enterprose-wide stakeholders regarding NNI training needs and proposed initiatives. External relationships may include interaction with various outside partners to support In-House and Field L&D needs and/or facilitation. Requires matrix team influence to completion of desired project outcome (project core team, business sponsor, training sponsor, stakeholders, client group(s) etc.

Essential Functions

  • With alignment from the Associate Director Capabilities, build assigned curricula & measurement strategies within (low-mid complex curriculum and/or asset build)

  • Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with divisional learning team and business SMEs to understand their business needs and related performance gaps

  • Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes

  • Performance consult with stakeholders to assess gaps and needs and propose/develop/deliver learning solutions that build and evolve people and leader capabilities aligned with North America Operation priorities

  • Deliver world-class learning experiences with a business owner mindset, prioritizing measurement, innovation, and scalability while making clear choices along the way

  • Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends; make recommendations for learning solutions for the division or function as appropriate

  • Liaise and partner with business management leads to ensure relevance and value of curriculum and successful learning outcomes

  • Engage in tactical vendor management

  • Adhere to content management strategy and create awareness of asset development within Employee Experience

  • Follow & execute established department SOPs

  • All components of program management for learning initiatives of low-medium complexity

  • Matrix program management and learning administration responsibilities supporting Enterprise initiatives

    Physical Requirements

    20-30% overnight travel required.

    Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree required

  • A minimum of 6 years training experience preferred. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk experience will apply

  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation/facilitation/communication skills

  • Experience program managing learning curriculum of low-medium complexity. Proficiency in the enterprose-wide functions and project managment preferred

  • Strong project management skills are required

  • Previous management/supervisory preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

  • Proven track record or sales performance results
